Wrap Fringes
My friend, some afrocentric wrap skirt (sarong)
but the only thing we found is more Polynesian style prints. we have found a drug store that has some African print sarong material, but we dont know how to put fringe on the end. the knotted fringe is important for her because she takes the fringe and tie it together to close the skirt so it does not blow open or to reveal her thighs when she walks. So how can you make fringe on a wrap skirt
