How can I get a very soft yummy lamb?

I'm trying to make a lamb in the pressure cooker, but this will always be difficult does not mean anything how long to boil. How can I make a very soft lambs as "lamb Rogan josh, which we can buy?

Roasted to perfection Before roasting your lamb, remove it from refrigerator and let it sit for 30 minutes. A piece of meat at room temperature will cook more evenly and using a roasting rack will ensure a yet brown and heat circulation. The amount of fat that your piece of lamb has around outside and marbled through the center will determine cooking time and temperature you are using: For a lean piece of meat that cook at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) in the first 15 minutes, then turn the temperature down to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) to continue roasting – The meat will take about 25 minutes per pound to reach medium rare. Use a hot oven in this manner will allow leaner cuts of meat to nicely browned on the outside before they are overcooked and dry in the middle. For a fattier piece of meat, fried at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C) for a longer period so the fat to slowly melt and bathing roast in its own juice. Meat cooked with this method will take about 30 minutes per pound to reach medium rare. The most accurate way to determine doneness is with a meat thermometer: 110 degrees F (42 degrees C) are rare 120 degrees F (58 degrees C) is medium rare 145 degrees F (68 degrees C) is good sized Avoid Cooking your lamb beyond this temperature, so the meat can be dried out and tough. Rest Your Roast When your roast is below 10 degrees F (5 degrees C) in its ideal cooked temperature, remove from oven, place a loose foil tent over it and let the meat rest for 15-20 minutes. As the meat rests, the internal temperature will rise by several degrees, the muscle fibers relax and the juices that have come to the surface of the meat during cooking will begin to return to the center. A well rested piece of meat will be more offer, and will retain its juices better when you slice it.

The true magic of the band is when they could combine the two, like on their signature song "Tainted Love." But there are plenty of excellent songs by the duo that were never praised as highly, and most of them make it to this collection of their best material. "Say Hello, Wave Goodbye" is a touching ballad that floats its lush and heavenly melodies on a bed of throbbing synthesizers and minimalist percussion. "Sex Dwarf" is a sleazy anthem that features plodding keyboards, aggressive drums, and one of the ugliest vocal performances committed to record. It isn't that Marc Almond has a death metal throat, but instead it's the way he creeps and crawls over the track like a perverted lounge singer. The sweet gloss of "Where the Heart Is" reveals a bright and energetic group using their quirky approach to shape a thoughtful pop nugget, while "Numbers" predates the Pet Shop Boys' sarcastic-yet-touching synth pop with like-minded lyrics and equally lush keyboards. There isn't a wasted moment on the album, and the documentation of a brilliant pop group deconstructing their own genre to fit their needs is quite refreshing when so much music from this time period comes off as so dated. Very Soft Organic Clay Applied for Road Embankment: Modelling and Opti $49 In this book strategies for using very soft organic clay as a fill material for road embankment constructions are compared, and an optimisation scheme is presented. Computer programs for simulation of evaporative drying, for simulation of consolidation, and for slope stability calculation were used to analyse clay behaviour. Field and laboratory testing programs for a trial embankment were set up in order to study the relations of parameters, to examine suitability and workability of the clay, and to verify the improvement methods. An optimisation technique was applied as a rational method for using very soft organic clay for road embankments leading to an economic construction. Also recommendations are presented based on a rational method for conditioning and emplacing very soft organic clay in a safe and economic way.

On "Feeling in Love," Valera gets away with sounding childish and randy all at once. She claps her hands in glee, name-checks Destiny's Child, and harmonizes with layers of herself over the busy keyboard track. "Feeling," like most of her work, suggests fellow K collaborator Mirah. Tender Forever looks more to electronics instead of brushed acoustics, but there's a similarly spare, personal approach for both songwriters, a way of stretching basic singsong melodies so they're meaningful instead of just easy. It doesn't get much simpler or purer than "Marry Me." Hot Chocolate - Very Best Of $12.85 The problem with Hot Chocolate is that the group`s catalog is very uneven. More than that, there is a sharp descent from the fine rock-funk-soul-bubblegum fusion of the mid-`70s to the bland soft disco-rock sound of the `80s. This compilation gives the listener equal doses of each in non-chronological order, leading to a very schizophrenic and unsatisfying disc. For example, the super fine "Brother Louie" from 1973 is sandwiched by the tepid "No Doubt About It" from 1980 and the sub-Billy Ocean-sounding "Tears on the Telephone" from 1983. You have to listen to some serious dross to get to the gems like the freaky "Everyone`s a Winner," the very funky "Heaven Is in the Back Seat of My Cadillac," the slinky "Disco Queen," and a song that can reduce strong men to tears halfway through the first verse, the mighty "Emma." Worst of all, a remake of Hot Chocolate`s biggest hit and most recognizable song, "You Sexy Thing," is included instead of the real thing. That crime alone is enough to consign this disc to the scrap heap. Soft Sounds $15.99 The Velvet Crush's fifth studio album starts off not with the usual chiming rush of loud electric guitars but with a rolling piano line and a gently plucked bass. The duo behind the band, Paul Chastain and Ric Menck, have drastically revamped their trademark power pop style and stripped back the teenage wall of guitars to reveal a softer, more adult heart. There is still the occasional chiming guitar, like on the most Velvet Crush-sounding track, "Don't Take Me Down," but most of the songs are based around piano or acoustic guitar. The vocals are also a lot less excited than usual as Paul Chastain seems to have relaxed a bit and has never sounded better. The band also seems to have spent more time thinking about arrangements and sounds on this record than usual. The keening feedback on "Some Kind of Light," the sweet keyboards on "In Your Time," the shuffling drums on "Forever, for Now," the muted horns and velvety vibraphone on "She Goes On," the lack of any strumming of guitars on the epic and broken-hearted album closer, "Late in the Day," all reveal a newfound subtlety to the Velvet Crush's sound that is quite appealing. Producer and jack of all trades (guitar, bass, organ, and vocal harmonies) Matthew Sweet should get a lot of credit here. His vocal harmonies pop up on almost every track and are uniformly breathtaking. The songs the group choose to cover say plenty about their musical inspiration for the album: one of the Box Tops' mellower moments ("Rolling in My Sleep"), "Save Me a Place" by Lindsey Buckingham, and "Duchess" by Scott Walker. The Box Tops and Buckingham songs are exquisitely done; the Walker song is a little less successful as it is a bit too much of a stretch vocally. Perhaps they should have done a Seals & Crofts tune instead. Or maybe America. Heck, some of the group's originals sound as if they were Seals & Crofts or America tunes anyway. "She Goes On" would sound great in a dentist's office, "Vanishing Point" is pure 1970s confessional, "Party Line (Samba)" sounds like it was lifted directly from an Astrud Gilberto album, "Forever, for Now" you can imagine playing over a scene from James at 15. Soft Sounds is wonderful, rich music from beginning to end, laid-back, cool-headed, yet very emotional at its core. Fans of soft sounds that pack a punch will find this record to be a real gem. He was not the most consistent artist, but his galvanizing voice is still among the most remarkable on record 40 years after his death. Those wanting an introduction to Björling's singing, or fans wanting a good collection, should be very happy with EMI's The Very Best of Jussi Björling. Not every performance is a hit, but many of them do represent the best he had to offer, and in every case, the unique beauty of his voice is on full display. Most of the recordings are from the 1930s and 1940s, and some of them sound their age, but the sound quality is mostly excellent. Björling sang Italian opera better than anyone in his day, tackling the challenges of Verdi and the verismo composers as if the style and language were native to him. Furthermore, unlike most Italianate tenors of that (or any) time, he sang equally convincingly in French, German, his native Swedish, and even English (the least successful). Hearing him traverse those different languages and styles on this album sheds light on his special vocal qualities: he combined the purity and lyricism that suited him for Massenet's "En fermant les yeux" (Manon) and even intimate songs like Strauss' "Morgen," with the raw power and dramatic qualities that allowed for "Di quella pira" from Verdi's Il Trovatore and Leoncavallo's "Vesti la giubba." His soft singing was as exciting as his full-on trumpeting. His eponymous first album produced four Top 20 hits, highlighted by "Sailing," and won five Grammys -- a record at the time. His streak continued with "Arthur's Theme (Best That You Can Do)," a collaboration with Burt Bacharach, Peter Allen, and Carole Bayer Sager that served as the theme for Dudley Moore's smash Arthur. Cross delivered a second album, Another Page, that sounded similar to the first and sold respectably well until it generated a genuine hit with "Think of Laura," thanks to General Hospital adopting it as a love theme for their Luke and Laura plot line. After that, Cross slipped away, although he released another five albums between that record and 2002's compilation, The Very Best of Christopher Cross. The problem with this compilation is that it doesn't take into consideration that early peak -- it treats each album with equal respect, with as many songs taken from 1998's Walking in Avalon and Red Room as from 1983's Another Page. While this may satisfy the artist and the die-hards who have listened with dedication over the years, those who loved the warm soft rock of the albums -- either as a guilty pleasure or without shame -- will find this collection profoundly disappointing, since after the eighth track, the collection takes a sharp turn toward fussy, sterile adult contemporary production, and it's never as pleasing to the ear as those first eight songs. This is a problem, because the collection succeeds in one respect (providing a comprehensive history) while failing in another (being an enjoyable listen). Instead of being Duran Duran-cute, Jimmy Somerville looked like the average boy next door. Instead of belting out his musical repertoire with a self-conscious urgency to prove himself as a singer (like Rick Astley or George Michael), Somerville possessed a dramatic, piercing falsetto that made the Associates' Billy Mackenzie sound like Tom Waits. But what really made Jimmy Somerville distinctive was his openness about his sexuality. The 1980s was the decade of androgyny, with artists like Annie Lennox, Boy George, and Poison emulating the gender-bending approach of 1970s-era David Bowie. Other performers such as Morrissey and the aforementioned George Michael kept their fans guessing about their sexual orientation. Jimmy Somerville, however, already answered the "is he or isn't he" question before anyone had a chance to ask, and he did so without a trace of mascara. Jimmy Somerville's career began as a member and co-founder of the dance-pop group Bronski Beat, and the here-goes-nothing frankness of the group's debut single, "Smalltown Boy," became an instant sensation, reaching the British Top Ten and becoming an MTV staple in America. The homosexual overtones of Bronski Beat's debut album, The Age of Consent, didn't stop it from becoming a major seller, and the follow-up single, "Why?," also secured a place in the upper reaches of the British pop chart and became an American danceclub favorite. After this initial success, however, Jimmy Somerville departed the group, forming the Communards in 1985 with keyboardist Richard Coles. The Communards' sound was basically a variation of Bronski Beat's disco-influenced dance-pop, and the duo recorded two albums (1986's Communards and 1987's Red) before disbanding, after which Somerville embarked on a sporadic solo career. His lyrical approach detailing the feelings of homosexual alienation are evident in several tracks, particularly the classic "Smalltown Boy" and the Communards' self-explanatory "There's More to Love Than Boy Meets Girl." Somerville can be a remarkably intelligent songwriter, but often his talent is wasted with misguided cover tunes. His faux reggae version of the Bee Gees' "To Love Somebody" is a bore, as is his watered-down Sylvester remake, "You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)." His rendition of "Comment Te Dire Adieu" is the worst by far, as his campy take on the Serge Gainsbourg classic (previously recorded by Françoise Hardy) can provoke uncontrollable snickering. "Don't Leave Me This Way" and the similarly arranged "Never Can Say Goodbye" (both recorded by the Communards) are the best of the covers, updating the exuberance of the Thelma Houston and Gloria Gaynor disco classics while showcasing Somerville's amazing vocal range.
